Here are some of the warm spots in the region today! ==NOVA SCOTIA== Western Head, Nova Scotia: 20°C Amherst, Nova Scotia: 19°C Greenwood, Nova Scotia: 18°C Kentville, Nova Scotia: 18°C Truro, Nova Scotia: 18°C Bedford, Nova Scotia: 18°C Halifax, Nova Scotia: 17°C Stewiacke, Nova Scotia: 17°C ==NEW BRUNSWICK== Fundy National Park: 22°C Bouctouche, New Brunswick: 21°C Fredericton, New Brunswick: 21°C CFB Gagetown: 21°C Moncton, New Brunswick: 21°C Kouchibouguac National Park: 21°C Miramichi, New Brunswick: 21°C Saint Stephen, New Brunswick: 21°C Bathurst, New Brunswick: 20°C Saint John, New Brunswick: 20°C Sussex, New Brunswick: 20°C Woodstock, New Brunswick: 20°C ==PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND== Summerside, Prince Edward Island: 17°C Maple Plains: 14°C Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island: 12°C The warm temperatures (as you can see) are not exactly concentrated in the eastern Maritimes, but more in the Central and Western regions of the Maritimes. Cape Breton and PEI won't see much of this weather unfortunately :( Tomorrow will be much the same for many of the same regions in the Maritimes! Slightly warmer (1-2°C) for places in Nova Scotia and it may be slightly cooler (1-2°C) in New Brunswick! Enjoy the rest of the gorgeous Thursday! :) - Robert

Fishing / Angling season begins on Friday, April 15! Conservation staff are conducting annual creel census so as to gather data that will permit us to evaluate fish migration patterns, age structure of population, growth rates and the overall health of our trout population. Trout fishers are encouraged to share information on their catches by sending the Conservation team a logbook at the end of the season.
